listen to the rhythm of the falling rain..what does one do on a cold rainy afternoon where nothing is better than sitting inside? i woke up gripped with this psychotic urge to head out to the nearest Jigsaw World, buy a massive jigsaw that would understandably occupy hours of time and involve much grappling with patience (good training for me) and start a Project, one that i would lovingly piece together bit by bit and frame up in all its glory when it was done. this was inspired by something i read last night, but nevertheless. it's one of those things that i've wanted to do for very long, but never gotten around to doing. :(
then i remembered that this isn't singapore, and i don't know any Jigsaw worlds here. ! Roar. i'm very determined though. i shall find one. i'm sure there has to be a shop somewhere. muahha.. another holiday project. i'm sure there will be more rainy days to come.
it hailed just now.! :D wee. i know it sounds quite silly, but this is the first time i've sat on the floor and stared out the window just watching little icy pebbles bounce off the ground, tiny white pebbles dancing to a constant patter. wooo. i was fascinated. lol.
anyway today is quite exciting! the piano tuner is here to heal my poor piano. it's so out of tune (my fault i know) that it clangs instead of those lovely dainty tinkling noises that it's supposed to emit. -_-'' he flinched when he tried it.
the gardener's due anytime, and so is the new furniture phwoar! i love new furniture.
