never squeeze an egg.
stupid egg exploded on me today! anyway VCE results are out. as expected, mr chris sia got 99.95 and 2 scholarships.. and the one he accepted from melbourne uni is worth $300,000..yes that's alot of zeros. and he gets like $5000 pocket money a year! ah.. the perks of being a genius are great. =p (to pris)-and hey, so are the perks of being a genius's girlfriend. not that you aren't one yourself. gosh, what an overachieving couple if i ever saw one. anyway, these days prayer is really working its wonders right before my eyes..timmy "igor" got 99.6 despite the huge mistake he made..debs did quite well and got into the course she wanted..ed has more than enough in his score to get into his course.. *sigh* the world is a happy happy place..

this morning work up bright and early cos my mum & sis wanted to go box hill.. my sister got a new phone.. actually i was rather tempted but i guess phones are only material possessions and i hardly ever use my phone much here cos it's so expensive..so yeah..and in any case my dad's plan for his phone line in singapore is ending and he's looking to upgrade..if i'm lucky..very very lucky..he'll give me his nice upgraded flip phone. =D *grin*

then off to find a pair of cheap shoes i can throw away after china as well as some plain polos to wear in china.. =D and bubble cup! i have bubble cup obsessions. i discovered a yummy flavour today.. green apple ice tea..okay..all day mum was in a crappy mood with me so she more or less ignored me..

and i had my piano lesson! surprisingly she couldn't tell i didn't practice at all. i got the scores for lion king!yaaay.. i'm in love with the song.. she gave me a choice between tears in heaven and can you feel the love tonight both awesome pieces! =D tears in heaven's gonna be my next choice..anyhow i spent sooo much time on piano today hahaha cos i discovered i knew most of the chords for alot of sheet music i had before..so i've been singing at the top of my lungs with my very out of tune piano.

oh and i tried to cook an egg. okay, the stupid egg.. i cracked it.. and i tried to open it. but it refused to open so i squeezed it harder and with a sickening crunch bits of egg shell crumbled in my hand and egg flew all over. it wasn't very funny at all especially since i ended up totally egged. and i wiped it off with the wrong towel which meant i spent time after that scrubbing towels. =\ riiight. so attempt #1 failed right? cos the egg ended up everywhere except on the bowl.. on to attempt #2! same thing happened. i gave up on the egg. i had like a quarter of an egg in the end.

anyway today's been overwhelming and yea! chris the genius is treating us to fancy lunch on wednesday at the Tea House to celebrate! = what to weeaaar..a new dilemna.. we're getting chris's present tomorrow.. =D
